The 5 Essential Keys For Presenting Your Evidence

2.  KNOW HOW COURTS MAKE DECISIONS

It is against the law for any court to make any decision based on the truth.

Courts are generally required to make decisions based solely on evidence.

    Put simplistically, evidence is:

a. that which appears to be the truth; and,

b. that which appears to suggest the truth.

    Here is what this means:

a. The actual, metaphysical truth is irrelevant. If you cannot make it appear, the court cannot consider it; and,

b. The party who presents the best appearance wins. In other words, the party presenting the best evidence will prevail, regardless of what justice would actually demand if the full truth were known.

Hence, your case will live and die based on your evidence. The truth will be of no help to you or your child, unless you can prove it.
